Our Role as a Marketplace

EliteFarmer.com provides the market where growers list their harvest and buyers place orders. We are the operator of that market, not the grower, packer, handler or transporter of the goods listed in it. Growing, packing, food-safety handling, weight accuracy and the terms of delivery or pickup belong to the farm that sold the crate. If a crate arrives short, late or not as described, the farm that listed it is the party to deal with, and our contact page will help you reach them.

Where Your Data Sits

Your theme, palette and basket are written to your own browser's local storage so the stand works quickly and stays yours. That data is not held in our systems, and it is lost if you clear your browser data or switch device or browser — so keep note of anything you would not want to lose.

Accuracy of Listings

We work to keep the market accurate, but availability, prices and harvest dates move with the weather and the season. Treat a listed crate as an indication rather than a guarantee, check the unit and the price before you order, and tell us through our contact page if a listing looks wrong so we can have it corrected.
