WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - June 25, 2007) - The Federal Court of Canada has issued a judgment against Mr. Edward Wouters and Northspruce Farms Ltd. of Forest, Ontario for patent infringement pertaining to the Roundup Ready(R) gene in soybeans.
